Massages

Traditional Thai massage

Thai massage is an ancestral healing practice; it is therefore intended to cure certain ailments. A massage session can be contorting! I will use pressure, stretches, flexes and bends to release blockages, enhance muscle tone, flexibility, work on your energetic field and help you free up your mind. Indeed, traditional Thai massage increases your circulation which infuses your tissues with oxygen to help you evacuate toxins. There are so many techniques and possibilities that a session is always tailored made to my client’s needs – what we talk about and my perception. The benefits – both physically and mentally – are numerous, such as better sleep, relief of stiffness, energy revival. The client is on a mat on the floor. I can provide some typical garments or loose-fitting clothes. If need be, I can also use a natural heating balm.

Oil massage

It is the most European of Thai massages! For the oil massage, I specifically use an organic coconut oil. It allows a deep relaxation of the body and the mind. Through my practice I will identify stress zones and sore muscles and help you relieve tensions, pain or swelling. Again, my signature is customisation. This massage, like the others, will respond exactly to your needs and is built up as the treatment progresses.

Thai massage mix

Its name says it all. Indeed, this massage is a mixture of traditional Thai techniques, reflexology, and oil massage (or with a balm). As usual, I only do bespoke sessions, based on your needs and my expertise. You’ll most likely never have twice the same ritual as I adapt my practice to the present moment.

Foot massages - Reflexology

Feet are too often forgotten. To give them the attention they deserve, I use an ancestral acupressure technique by applying different amount of pressure on very specific part of the foot. It’s based on a theory explaining that these parts are connected to the organs and other body systems and the benefits from reflexology are numerous. For example, it can improve sleep, lift mood, reduce migraine or even help the digestive system.

Back, neck, shoulders and head massage

These four parts are prone to tensions often due to our poor daily postures behind our screens or the frantic pace of our daily routine. This massage is targeted to release the tensions and give you back flexibility and agility. I work on releasing knots and contractions using different types of pressures.
